The summer months may finally be over, but the Ocean City fun just keeps on coming! Besides all of the fun events below, the weather is always so beautiful in the month of September! We 100% recommend that you come down for a week, weekend, or even a day to enjoy the beautiful temperatures, clear skies, and amazing atmosphere.
Monday September 2nd:
OCNJ Labor Day Race:
This 5 Mile beach run and 1 Mile fun run/walk is a great way to end your summer! If you register before the event, it is $20. If you register the day of the race, it is $25. If you are 14 years and younger, it is $10.

Wednesday September 4th:
Farmer’s Market:
Shop LOCAL at the Tabernacle Grounds from 8am – 1pm at the farmer’s market! Buy incredible produce from fresh peaches to artisan cuisine. On your way out grab a cup of cold brew from the Drip ‘n’ Scoop stand. Crafters will be in between 5th and 6th streets on Asbury Avenue. This is the last farmer’s market for the summer 2019 season.
Here She Is – Former Miss America’s in Concert
The Ocean City Pops orchestra will be joined with two former Miss America’s to partake in this Jersey ashore tradition! Katie Harman Ebner (2002) and Kate Shindle (1998) will perform with the Ocean City Pops, singing songs from a variety of genres! Sit back, relax, and listen to hit songs from Broadway, opera, and pop!

Street Rod Weekend:
Head on down to the Ocean City Tabernacle grounds to see some classic cars displayed in this event! This is definitely something you don’t want to miss if you love cars. Bring some friends and have a great time! The cars will be on display at the Tabernacle from 6pm-7:30pm.
Saturday September 7th:
Street Rod Weekend:
Head on down to the Ocean City Boardwalk to see some classic cars displayed in this event! This is definitely something you don’t want to miss if you love cars. Bring some friends and have a great time! The cars will be on display on the boardwalk from 12pm-4:00pm. This is a wonderful afternoon event!
LaKisha Jones in THE QUEENS OF ROCK AND SOUL with the Ocean City POPS:
American Idol Finalist LaKisha Jones joins the Ocean City Pops in this legendary tribute concert you don’t want to miss! They will be performing songs from Diana Ross, Donna Summer, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, and Whitney Houston!
