2019’s Night in Venice is right around the corner! In fact, it’s this Saturday and the weather forecast calls for beautiful clear skies. Watching the boat parade has been a family favorite for so many years and the fireworks just make it so much better. The boat parade begins near the Ocean City-Longport toll bridge and continues down the bay to Tennessee Avenue, going in and out of various lagoons on the journey. Although the parade travels along the bayside, the fireworks display is launched right off of Third Street. This Saturday, July 13th bring your family and friends to Dockside Kitchen to continue your family traditions of watching the parade with a twist, enjoying a delicious meal right there on the waterfront.
Opening their deck for the first very time this Saturday, July 13th, you can enjoy a prix fixe 3 course dinner! The dinner event takes place from 4:30pm-7:30pm. The parade begins at 5:30pm.
For appetizers you can choose between Fried Calamari, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Caesar Salad, or their Clams Casino. (Highly recommend the lobster Mac & Cheese: it’s amazing!)
For your entree you can choose the Crabby Salmon, Crab Cakes, Chicken Parm, or the Pan Seared Scallops. The Crabby Salmon are stuffed broiled salmon with a traditional crab imperial finish & a light cream rosa sauce. The Crab Cakes are two sautéed jumbo crab cakes set over a bed of sautéed spinach; lemon & tartar. The Chicken Parm is a fried chicken breast with panko bread crumbs, topped with provolone cheese & tomato sauce. The Pan Seared Scallops are seared day boat scallops. All of the entrees come with the vegetable of the day too! They didn’t forget about the kids too! Kids will have a selection from mac and cheese, grilled cheese or a tasty Dockside burger all made with the freshest ingredients the island has to offer. Did we mention they have unlimited shirley temples for the kids too!
Last but not least, the dessert. Dockside Kitchen will be serving the chef’s selection, but we can guarantee that it’ll be beyond tasty!
